Shooting at Indianapolis gas station leaves 2 injured

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — One person was critical wounded and another was stable after a shooting Tuesday at a West 16th Street gas station just west of the White River, police said.

Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department was sent about 1:46 p.m. Tuesday to a report of a person shot to the Amoco gas station, 2411 W. 16th St. That’s at the southwest corner of 16th and Tremont streets.

The person in critical condition was taken to a hospital, and the person who was stable had showed up an area hospital with gunshot wounds, police said…
