Downtown Westfield Energized by The Union’s Mix of Retail and Restaurants Set to Enrich Grand Junction Plaza

In a joint announcement that brings new energy to downtown Westfield, the City of Westfield and Old Town Companies have unveiled the lineup of retail and restaurant tenants for The Union, a pioneering mixed-use development set to enrich the vibrant Grand Junction Plaza area. According to a news release from the City of Westfield, The Union is poised to become a bustling hub with 196 premium apartment units, featuring a raft of amenities including reserved covered parking, high-end fitness centers, and a unique elevated pool.

This urban ensemble will host a diverse range of businesses, among them, Pure Barre, Everbowl, and Lake City Bank – the latter marking its ninth Indianapolis Regional location. “We look forward to opening our newest branch in Westfield this summer, which will be the ninth location in the Indianapolis Region,” Lake City Bank’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer David M. Findlay expressed excitement for the expansion. Also opening are BlackSheep Pizza and Cocktails, Stella’s Ice Cream, Woof Gang Bakery and Grooming, and The Spark Coffee. Notably, Sun King Brewing expands the gastronomic appeal with a detached building currently under construction, slated for a summer 2026 launch.

Residential leasing options have also been made available for studio, and 1- and 2-bedroom apartments with tenants expected to initiate occupancy in July.
