Westfield suspect fired at police after crashing in chase; no injuries reported

WESTFIELD, Ind. (WISH) — The Westfield Police Department ordered residents in the area to stay behind locked doors while officers search for a suspect that fired shots at police during a chase.

Police are investigating the area of US 31 and 196th Street. A perimeter has been set from 191st to 196th streets and US 31 to Flippins Road.
