CYNTHIANA, Ind. (WFIE) – The United States Geological Survey has reported a small earthquake hit the Tri-State.
According to the USGS, a magnitude 2.6 quake hit about 10:06 p.m. Friday, near Cynthiana.
The epicenter of the quake is reported to be 18.8 kilometers down, or about 11.6 miles.
57 responses were made to the USGS of people being able to feel the earthquake, with some stretching down South towards Evansville, and as far East as Warrick County…
