INDIANAPOLIS — Eighty years after he was killed while serving in World War II, the family of an Indinapolis veteran was finally able to lay him to rest with full military honors.

Family and friends of U.S. Army Private LeRoy B. Miller Jr., along with other veterans, gathered in Crown Hill Cemetery to lay Miller to rest–a second time.

Miller was just 19-years-old when he was killed in combat while serving in Germany. He was assigned to Company A, 1st Battalion, 112th Infantry Regiment, 28th Infantry Division…
