Several month investigation leads to 5 Indiana drug charge arrests

HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) — 5 people have been arrested for various drug charges following a several month-long investigation.

According to Indiana State Police, multiple police departments were conducting an investigation into Brian Harrison for alleged drug transactions. Harrison is currently on parole for a prior dealing in methamphetamine conviction.

Police booked 4 other individuals who allegedly assisted Harrison.

Brian L. Harrison, 45, Grandview

  • Dealing in Methamphetamine, 10 grams or more, Level 2 Felony
  • Dealing in Methamphetamine, 1 gram and 5 grams, w/Enhancing Circumstance, Level 3 Felony
  • Possession of Methamphetamine over 28 grams, Level 3 Felony
  • Possession of a Controlled Substance, Class A Misdemeanor
  • Possession of Marijuana, Class B Misdemeanor
  • Possession of Paraphernalia, Class C Misdemeanor

Haylee M. Moog, 24, Boonville

  • Dealing in Methamphetamine, 10 grams or more, Level 2 Felony
  • Dealing in Methamphetamine, 1 gram and 5 grams, w/Enhancing Circumstance, Level 3 Felony
  • Possession of Methamphetamine over 28 grams
  • Possession of a Controlled Substance, Class A Misdemeanor
  • Possession of Marijuana, Class B Misdemeanor
  • Possession of Paraphernalia, Class C Misdemeanor

Charles E. Parker, 57, Rockport

  • Possession of Methamphetamine, Level 6 Felony

Ora L. Murphy, 41, Richland City

  • Possession of Methamphetamine over 28 grams, Level 3 Felony
  • Possession of a Controlled Substance, Class A Misdemeanor (2 counts)
  • Possession of Marijuana, Class B Misdemeanor

Robert E. Payton, 61, Rockport

  • Possession of Methamphetamine, Level 6 Felony
  • Possession of Marijuana, Class B Misdemeanor
  • Possession of Paraphernalia, Class C Misdemeanor
