INDIANAPOLIS — Multiple reports indicate that a man has been arrested twice in the last three years for battering Indianapolis police officers.
A report filed by the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department over the weekend indicates 43-year-old Toriano Terrell Hellams was arrested after a foot pursuit in the 400 block of Bixler Road Saturday night.
