Carmel Clay Schools bus drivers raised concern about a proposed 2 percent pay increase for the 2025-26 school year and claimed that CCS did not communicate with them about their compensation.
Several bus drivers spoke during the public comment portion of the Aug. 25 CCS school board meeting. The board was set to vote on the compensation proposal during the meeting but tabled it until the next board meeting.
