INDIANAPOLIS — The Indianapolis Office of Public Health and Safety is drawing a new line in the sand.
A notice went up this week at the Fountain Square homeless encampment, warning people they can no longer stay there starting Thursday, Sept. 18.

The notice was posted at the Leonard Street encampment. It states the city’s Streets to Home initiative will be working with people at the camp to find solutions until Sept. 18.
