Carmel is about to get sweeter in December when Ben & Jerry’s opens an Indiana Scoop Shop at 1685 E. 116th St. In the spirit of Ben & Jerry’s mission to link business with community good, franchisee Erron Clayton plans to localize that purpose here at home.
“Our local community is what keeps us thriving,” Clayton said. “So, that’s where we’re going to focus our efforts.”
