INDIANAPOLIS (WKRC) – An Indiana man was taken into custody after he allegedly sent videos of his ex-girlfriend to her friends.
According to WXIN, citing court documents, 40-year-old Patrick Rubeck of Indianapolis was arrested Monday on an outstanding warrant from authorities in Carmel, Indiana. The report states that Rubeck was pulled over at around midnight, with authorities allegedly discovering a firearm and cocaine inside a BMW.
WXIN reported that Rubeck was charged with felony theft back in 2003, and his ex-girlfriend also had an active protective order taken out against him, which meant he was not allowed to carry a firearm. He plead to a lesser misdemeanor conversion charge in the theft case from 2003, per the report.
Citing court documents, the outlet reported that Rubeck’s ex-girlfriend called law enforcement in April after she found an Instagram account masquerading under her identity was disseminating intimate videos and images to her friends, according to WXIN…
