An early-morning traffic stop in Urbana resulted in the arrest of two Indiana men and the recovery of suspected narcotics, according to law enforcement reports.
Around 3:05 a.m. on Friday, October 31, 2025, a deputy observed a black Honda traveling north on South Main Street near Scioto Street in Urbana Township. The vehicle was reportedly driving 7–8 miles under the speed limit and swerving within its lane.
