Woman sentenced for stealing $51,664 in COVID-19 relief money

INDIANAPOLIS — A postal worker was sentenced to three years of probation for stealing thousands of dollars in COVID-19 relief money.

Kimberly Dumes, 43, pleaded guilty to wire fraud for submitting three fraudulent CARES Act loan applications between 2020 and 2021, which netted her $51,664.
