INDIANAPOLIS — Police arrested four teens after a vehicle pursuit unfolded in Indianapolis on Sunday morning.
According to a public police report, officers with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department were called to the intersection of South State Avenue and Iowa Street around 2:35 a.m. to investigate an alleged motor vehicle theft.
