CARMEL, Ind. — Police are investigating a physical altercation involving juveniles that prompted the evacuation of the Carmel Clay Public Library on Tuesday.
Carmel police say officers were called Dec. 16 to the library at 425 E. Main St. after reports of a fight involving several juveniles. When officers arrived, they encountered a large crowd estimated between 500 and 1,000 people inside the building and in the surrounding area.
