An Indianapolis woman is facing 13 charges stemming from an incident that began as a reported theft at Lululemon in Clay Terrace and ended with the detained suspect reporting a medical emergency and fleeing on foot to a nearby restaurant.
Rickia Wills, 22, remained in the Hamilton County Jail without bond as of Jan. 8.
The incident began at 4:12 p.m. Jan. 3 when officers responded to a reported theft in progress in the 14400 block of Clay Terrace Boulevard. When Carmel Police Department officers arrived, Wills fled the scene, striking another vehicle and a police vehicle, and led them on a vehicle pursuit, according to a probable cause affidavit.
