Fatal multi-vehicle crash early Saturday morning on Hoosier Heartland Corridor

TIPPECANOE COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) — A woman is dead following a multi-vehicle crash on Hoosier Heartland Corridor near County Road 700 N.

According to Tippecanoe County Sheriff’s Office, a 2016 Ford Focus, driven by 32-year-old Kendy Provins of Indianapolis, was traveling north on State Road 25 when control was lost on the icy road. The car spun and was struck by a 2011 Hyundai. Provins had one passenger in his car.

The Hyundai was then struck from behind by a northbound semi-trailer, driven by 44-year-old Manno Laborde, forcing the car off the road…
