INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — In a scene repeated across the city during heavy snowfall Sunday, Jose Trejo’s vehicle was stuck at the corner of 47th Street and Allisonville Road in the city’s northeast side.
He was coming back from work, and his wife and friend were shoveling snow from around his tires. Trejo said, “They always clean that one (Allisonville Road), but the trucks aren’t coming through this road.”
Trejo said it’s like a tradition that he gets stuck on the same road year after year…
