JOHNSON COUNTY, Ind. — A 48-year-old man from Cicero, Indiana, was convicted of child seduction after a bench trial in Johnson County Circuit Court on Jan. 22.
Mueller was instead texting with an undercover officer. Texts between Mueller and the undercover officer arranged a meeting. When Mueller arrived in Greenwood to meet the girl for sex, he was arrested, police say.
According to the probable cause affidavit, Mueller spent three days texting with the undercover officer, who was posing as the 15-year-old girl, sending 41 pages of text messages…
