INDIANA — An Ohio man was arrested Monday following a high-speed police chase in Marshall County that left an officer injured.
According to police, 33-year-old Kepree Allen was taken into custody after fleeing a traffic stop and leading officers on a dangerous pursuit. Allen faces charges of aggravated battery, resisting law enforcement, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a controlled substance, reckless driving, and possession of marijuana.
Authorities said officers attempted to stop Allen’s vehicle for speeding, but he refused to pull over and fled as police initiated a pursuit.
