Former Indiana youth swim coach Matthew Bills has been arrested and charged with 10 counts of child exploitation and possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
According to local news anchor Angela Ganote, last October, law enforcement received a tip that a user with the screen name “swimusadad” was uploading Child Sexual Abuse Material on the app KIK.
