INDIANAPOLIS – A 20-year-old Hendricks County man is behind bars, accused of murder following a deadly shooting last year on Indy’s near east side.
According to a detailed 19-page affidavit, the shooting stemmed from a party at an apartment complex near East 10th Street and Oakland Avenue. Witnesses told police the victim, who lived in the building, asked partygoers to be quiet.
