INDIANAPOLIS — The state of Indiana has amended charges against an Indianapolis mother for her alleged role in the death of her daughter, 5-year-old Kinsleigh Welty.
Toni McClure, 30, is charged with murder, criminal confinement resulting in serious bodily injury and battery on a person less than 14 years old.
