SPEEDWAY, Ind. — The Marion County Public Health Department has identified a serious sewage issue at a Speedway apartment complex.
According to a press release from the Town of Speedway, MCPHD discovered the issue during an inspection at The Legend at Speedway Apartment Complex, which is located at 2202 Fair Oaks Dr. The inspection was initiated after crews with the Town of Speedway were called to the property to investigate complaints related to subpar snow removal efforts that were conducted in the complex’s parking lot.
