INDIANAPOLIS — A judge sentenced the third and final suspect Tuesday morning in a deadly drive-by shooting at the wrong house on the east side of Indianapolis.
Joaquin Harmon-Segura, who was 19 years old at the time of the shooting, was sentenced to 46 years in prison after a judge found him guilty of murder during a bench trial.
Tyler Gibson, who was 17 years old at the time of the shooting, was sentenced to 35 years in prison after he pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit murder. As part of the plea agreement, charges of murder and dangerous possession of a firearm by a child were dismissed…
