HAMILTON COUNTY, Ind. — A fatal crash closed all lanes on I-69 in Fishers for several hours on Thursday morning.
The crash occurred near the 205-mile marker on I-69 southbound at around 5:30 a.m., according to the Indiana Department of Transportation. This reportedly occurred between IN 37 and old IN 238. The lanes were closed until approximately 9:30 a.m.
Officials with the Indiana State Police said this was a reported vehicle-versus-pedestrian crash.
All lanes of I-69 southbound in the area were closed. Officials with INDOT stated there is one reported fatality. Southbound traffic was being diverted to exit 205, the 116th Street exit.
