INDIANA — The Elkhart Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating an 18-year-old woman who was last seen nearly a year ago.
Police say Keyli Hernandez Cuellar was last seen on April 12, 2025, in the 100 block of W. Hively Avenue in Elkhart.
