An Indianapolis man was charged Wednesday in connection to a vehicle pursuit on Interstate 70 and a subsequent crash in Cooper County, according to court documents.
The suspect, who is 18, was charged in Lafayette County with second-degree assault on a special victim, aggravated fleeing a traffic stop and first-degree tampering with a motor vehicle, all felonies. He also faces a misdemeanor driving without a license charge, according to court records.
