INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Torchy’s Tacos has expanded its presence in Indiana with a new restaurant in Zionsville, bringing the Austin-based chain’s total in the state to three.
Founded in 2006 by Mike Rypka, Torchy’s Tacos began as a single food trailer in Austin, Texas. The fast-casual brand is known for scratch-made tortillas, inventive taco combinations and award-winning queso.
The Zionsville restaurant, located at 11826 Silo Crossing, has been open for about three weeks. The company also operates locations in Fishers, open nearly five years, and Jeffersonville. Nationwide, Torchy’s manages nearly 120 locations…
