Two people are dead after four suspected tornadoes touched down in Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana Tuesday night, according to the National Weather Service.
The tornadoes all came from the same supercell that the National Weather Service tracked from Pontiac, Illinois through Wheatfield, Indiana.
Newton County officials confirmed that two people were killed and multiple people were injured in Lake Village, Indiana which is about 60 miles Northwest of Lafayette. The victims’ identities have not been released…
