Detectives with the Indiana Crime Guns Task Force (ICGTF) arrested Ovando Richardson and Jordon Spearman, both 19, on March 9, 2026, for firearm and narcotics offenses following an investigation in the 3100 block of Brouse Avenue. Officers observed Richardson carrying a handgun with a drum-style magazine and detained both men without incident.
Police recovered two loaded handguns, one with a machine gun conversion device, along with 7 grams of cocaine, 24 grams of marijuana, and $1,052 in cash. The Marion County Prosecutor’s Office was notified and will make final charging decisions.
