INDIANAPOLIS — Two suspects are behind bars in the Marion County jail, accused of shooting at horses outside IMPD’s Mounted Patrol Barn on Indy’s near west side.
According to court records, police were able to solve the case within minutes thanks to a quick-thinking witness who saw the suspects shooting at the horses and called 911.
