Two people were shot Thursday night on Indianapolis’ southwest side, and both were taken to area hospitals, police said. Officers responding to a report of gunfire found the victims in the 5800 block of Coppock Drive, a residential stretch near South High School Road and Furnas Road.
According to WTHR, Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers were called to the block on Thursday and opened an active investigation into the double shooting.
