INDIANAPOLIS – An overturned semi slowed traffic on the south side of Indianapolis.
This happened on I-65 southbound on the ramp to I-465 eastbound. Initially, the ramp was closed, as were the left two lanes of I-465 eastbound.
As of 9:54 a.m., the ramp remained closed. The center lane had reopened while the left lane of I-465 was still closed.
