INDIANAPOLIS — Indiana’s attorney general has filed its arguments against Delphi murderer Richard Allen’s appeal.
A jury convicted Allen on Nov. 11, 2024, of killing Delphi teenagers Libby German and Abby Williams on Feb. 13, 2017. The investigation lingered for nearly six years before a break in the case in September 2022 pointed to Allen possibly being the killer.
On Dec. 20, 2024, Allen received a 130-year prison sentence for the killings…
