William Shatner of ‘Star Trek’ fame to visit Indianapolis

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Award-winning actor William Shatner will beam in October from the Murat Theatre at Old National Centre in downtown Indianapolis.

The 95-year-old Canadian actor will appear following a screening of the 1982 film “Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan.”

The actor played Captain James T. Kirk in the 1966 “Star Trek” TV series and seven “Star Trek” movies. He will share stories from his seven-decade career as an actor, producer and director. The evening will end with an audience-led Q&A session…
