FISHERS, Ind. — A Fishers resident was reportedly found with several files of child sex abuse material on his Kik account, some of which were allegedly digitally altered images of naked minors as adults.
According to court documents, 24-year-old Charlie Foutty was charged in Hamilton County with:
- Two counts of child exploitation, each a Level 4 felony
- Seven counts of child exploitation, each a Level 5 felony
In January 2025, Kik indicated through a cybertip that around 16 files of child sex abuse material were found to be shared by an account linked to a VPN address in Fishers. The court documents allege that some of the files were shared via private messages on the platform, as well as conversations surrounding the user looking for “HS range” material.
The documents said that both CSAM videos and photos were found associated with the account. Some of the photos reportedly appeared to be altered by artificial intelligence. One victim reportedly told law enforcement that one photo was altered to make her an adult.
