INDIANAPOLIS – Drivers who use I-65 and I-70 toward downtown Indianapolis will soon encounter a new traffic pattern.
According to the Indiana Department of Transportation, this will affect westbound I-70 and southbound I-65 near the I-65/I-70 North Split.
