A LARGE drug dealing operation was uncovered after police found a USPS package allegedly contaminated with cocaine.
Cops devised a plan to conduct a “controlled delivery” of the package where they ultimately swarmed and detained Juan Gutierrez Perez, 24, who allegedly had several narcotics in his apartment.
The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department first became aware of Gutierrez Perez, a Mexican citizen, on April 6 after USPS flagged a package that arrived in Indiana from Texas, per court documents obtained by The U.S. Sun.
