FISHERS, Ind. — The mother of a man killed in a Fishers bar shooting is suing the suspect in the shooting, as well as the bar.
On Dec. 1, 2025, 30-year-old Justin Burton, of Noblesville, was killed in a shooting at Britton Tavern in Fishers, near State Road 37 and East 141st Street.
