It took some time for the UNC baseball program to build some momentum on Saturday night at Boshamer Stadium.

Jason DeCaro didn’t have his best stuff on the mound, allowing three early ECU runs to score. North Carolina, serving as the away team due to one of college baseball’s dumbest rules, went into the top half of the fourth inning looking for an offensive spark.
