After missed court-ordered deadline, Raleigh photographer gets more time to deliver wedding photos

A Raleigh wedding photography company at the center of an ABC11 Troubleshooter investigation has been given more time to comply with a court order requiring it to provide customers with the photos and videos they paid for.

Earlier this year, North Carolina Attorney General Jeff Jackson filed a lawsuit against Holly Christina Photography after dozens of consumers complained they never received wedding photos, videos, or other services despite paying thousands of dollars.

Under a court order, Holly Christina Photography was required to turn over outstanding photos and videos to customers by Thursday. However, the North Carolina Attorney General’s Office says the company requested additional time and reported that it has already begun delivering some of the missing wedding photos and videos to customers…
