A 53-year-old Fuquay-Varina woman is accused of murdering her 12-year-old diabetic son more than a year after his death.
Holly Wren was indicted by a grand jury on charges of second-degree murder and intentional child abuse resulting in serious physical injury. She’s due to appear in Wake County Superior Court on July 6.
