Multiple agencies are searching for a missing teenage swimmer at Jordan Lake after an incident Saturday evening, according to the Chatham County Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities said the teen was swimming from a family boat during an outing on the lake when they encountered trouble in the water around 6:30 p.m. An extensive search began shortly afterward.
Search operations were suspended overnight and will resume Sunday morning…
