Andia’s Ice Cream is planning to expand its footprint across the Triangle, with new locations targeted for mid-2027 and 2028, co-owner Andia Xouris confirmed to WhatNow Charlotte. The Cary-based company is currently evaluating opportunities throughout the region while also preparing to open a new production and office facility in Raleigh, according to the Triangle Business Journal.
“We’re looking just in the Triangle. That’s the only thing we know so far,” Xouris told WhatNow Charlotte, adding that no specific communities or addresses have been selected yet.
The family-owned brand currently operates three full-service shops — one in Raleigh and two in Cary — along with a pop-up location in Durham. Xouris said the Triangle remains the company’s focus because it is where the business began and continues to thrive…
