In Raleigh, hemp businesses rally against House Bill 328

Hemp business owners from across North Carolina gathered Monday in Raleigh to oppose House Bill 328, saying the proposed legislation would effectively ban many hemp products and devastate the industry.

At a rally held at Tap Yard, industry representatives urged lawmakers to reconsider the measure before it is taken up by the House this week.
