Jon Scheyer is always stingy with the offers he hands out. Everyone wants a Duke offer, but not everyone gets one. Even elite prospects in every class don’t pick up the coveted Blue Devils offer.
Scheyer decided on Friday to cast his net a little bit wider. Duke had sent out just six offers in the 2027 class to date, but that number rose to eight on Friday with two new offers going out.
