A developer pulled its request for Raleigh’s cooperation in building a 100,000-square-foot, $180-million data center near the southeast region of the city, according to officials.
Charlotte-based developer Beacon Partners ended its attempt on Friday to have Raleigh City Council agree to annex a nearly 14-acre site at 3101 Jones Sausage Road to hook up water and sewer services and facilitate building of a three-story data center.
