A judge is expected to hear from prosecutors and the suspect’s defense team in what could be the final pretrial hearings in the 2012 Faith Hedgepeth murder case.
At Monday’s hearing, prosecutors are expected to ask the judge not to allow the defense team to introduce evidence that someone else is guilty.
