Two Durham men are facing charges after both allegedly raped a 13-year-old Chatham County girl, one of them impregnating her, court records show.
Bryan Lizandra Martinez-Sauceda, 18, is charged with first-degree kidnapping, statutory rape of a child 15 or younger and contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile. The alleged abuse began in January 2025 and lasted through at least November 2025, according to a search warrant in the case.
